Individual

Coaching

Individual coaching supports people who carry responsibility and want to act with greater intention, judgment, and clarity, especially in complex or high-stakes environments.

This work often includes:

  • strengths-based reflection and assessment to identify and apply natural talents more intentionally

  • saboteur awareness and mental fitness practices to reduce unhelpful thought patterns and strengthen self-command

  • structured reflection on real decisions, challenges, and conversations

  • practical commitments between sessions to translate insight into action

Coaching is forward-looking, grounded in real situations, and focused on progress that shows up in day-to-day work.

Team

Facilitation

Team facilitation creates space for groups to work through real challenges together and strengthen how they collaborate.

Depending on the context, this may include:

  • team strengths assessments or grids to surface patterns, gaps, and collective capability

  • facilitated conversations to align on purpose, priorities, and ways of working

  • visioning or future-focused exercises to clarify direction

  • structured dialogue around roles, expectations, and communication

Facilitation is practical, focused, and directly connected to the team’s work, not abstract or theoretical.

Leadership &

Organizational

Development

This work supports leaders and organizations navigating change and complexity, where alignment, accountability, and follow-through matter.

Engagements often include:

  • clarifying direction, priorities, and decision-making authority

  • supporting leaders as they foster trust, compassion, stability, and hope

  • designing and facilitating development or change initiatives

  • identifying root causes, measuring progress, and adjusting based on results

My approach emphasizes changes that show up in decisions, behaviors, and how work actually gets done over time.
